Congratulations Striders!

Congratulations to Hannah Fisher (High School) and Cora Kozen (13-14 Girls) for their performances at the January 8 Blackwell meet in Springfield, Ohio. Hannah placed first in both the 600 and the 800, with times of 1:52.22 and 2:43.01. Cora placed 3rd in the 800 with a time of 2:47.00; 5th in the 600 with 2:03.63 and 14th in the 400 with 1:14.04.

Congratulations Lincoln Saunders!

Congratulations to Lincoln Saunders, who participated in a variety of events at the Speed Ohio Indoor Invitational at Wittenberg University on December 17, 2022. For Boys 7-8, Lincoln placed 2nd in Shot Put (21’ 11 3/4”); 3rd in Long Jump (10’ 8”); and 10th in the 60 (9.82).

Congratulations to Maysen Fletcher who competed in the AAU Cross Country Championship on December 3, 2022 in Knoxville, TN. Maysen won 3rd place of 150 in Girls 13-14 with a time of 14:53.87. Congratulations to Bella Boggs and Maysen Fletcher who competed in the Champs Sports Cross Country Championship on November 26, 2022 in Charlotte, NC. Bella got 2nd in the Girls Freshman group with a time of 19:16 for the 5K. Maysen won first of 53 for the 11-12 girls 3K with a time of 10:43.1.

AT AAU JUNIOR OLYMPICS

Maysen Fletchen won an All-American Award at the 2022 AAU Junior Olympics in Greensboro, NC (June 30-August 6). She placed 6th in the 1500 with a time of 4:54.76. Congratulations Maysen!

AAU National Indoor Championship

Congratulations to Kendra Steele for her outstanding results for the 13 year old girls in Long Jump, the 60 meter dash, and the 200 meter dash at the AAU National Indoor Championship at Virginia Beach March 11-13.

CCS Winners from Springfield, OH Meet

Congratulations to Kendra Steele and Lincoln Saunders for their performances at the January 15, 2022 Plus 2 Invitational Indoor Track Meet in Springfield, OH. Kendra (age 13) placed 3rd in the Long Jump (14’04”), 8th in the 400 (1:09.64) and 8th in the 60 m dash (8.82). Lincoln (age 8) placed 1st in Long Jump (9’09”), 1st in shot put (14’2.25”), and 7th in the 60 m dash (10.67).
